Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients through virtual meetings, utilizing video-based interactions to build rapport and trust.

  Perform comprehensive mental health evaluations, integrating patient history, diagnostic research, and mental status examination findings into cohesive treatment plans.

  Develop individualized behavioral health treatment plans tailored to each patient’s unique needs, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance their quality of life.

The Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

  A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, MFT, Art Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

  A valid mental health license in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering an annual income between USD 80,000 and 100,000, complemented by an attractive sign-on bonus of up to $1000. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
