Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to evaluate individuals' behavioral health needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, to address diverse mental health challenges.

• Document patient progress through accurate and timely progress notes, ensuring adherence to healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our patient population includes individuals dealing with significant mental health conditions, grief, and anxiety often related to end-of-life issues. As a social worker in this setting, you will provide critical support to patients and their families, helping them navigate complex emotions associated with terminal illness. You will also collaborate closely with hospice care teams, including nurses and physicians, to ensure a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n
