Work Environment

As an onsite position within our hospital, this role is integral to our healthcare delivery system. You will work alongside a diverse team of physicians, nurses, and support staff, all dedicated to enhancing patient care and operational efficiency. Our clinic operates Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility around on-call responsibilities that provide 24/7 coverage for emergencies. Key Responsibilities

The Otolaryngology Physician Assistant will be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive medical assessments and detailed physical examinations of patients, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills to identify otolaryngological conditions.
• Formulating tailored treatment plans based on individual patient needs and evidence-based practices.
• Ordering and interpreting various diagnostic tests, with the objective of guiding accurate diagnoses and treatment trajectories.
• Educating and counseling patients and their families on diagnoses, treatment options, and preventive care, ensuring they feel empowered and well-informed about their health.
• Collaborating closely with supervising physicians and an interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure continuity of care and optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Physician Assistant (PA) license in New York.
• Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 250,000 to 350,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
