Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough physical examinations, assess patient medical histories, and review documentation to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
• Order, interpret, and analyze diagnostic tests such as blood tests, X-rays, and other imaging studies to facilitate accurate diagnoses.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, providing compassionate care within the family medicine framework.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with chronic and infectious diseases, including lifestyle modifications and pharmacologic interventions.
• Prescribe medications confidently and monitor patient responses, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on clinical assessments.
• Maintain meticulous patient records and manage schedules to ensure efficient care coordination and seamless patient flow.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and other health-related topics to empower them in their care journey.
• Promote healthy lifestyles and preventive care practices among patients within the community.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Physician Assistant studies from an accredited program.

• Minimum of two years of proven experience in a family health clinic or similar healthcare facility.
• Demonstrated expertise in family medicine with extensive clinical experience in a primary care setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 150,000 to 180,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
