This role offers an entirely remote work setting, allowing you to conduct sessions from your own home or any location of your choice. The typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, providing a structured yet flexible work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide individual counseling services via secure video and audio platforms.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s needs, including cognitive-behavioral strategies, journaling, and interactive worksheets.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring a high standard of patient care and documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus primarily on clients experiencing a range of behavioral health issues, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field is required.

• An independent LPCC license in the state of California with no disciplinary history.

Compensation and Benefits\n
