Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to identify their mental health needs, formulating individualized and comprehensive treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services tailored to individuals, groups, and families, utilizing various therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care for clients, ensuring that their treatment plans are effectively implemented and adjusted as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Offer crisis intervention and immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress, implementing de-escalation techniques and safety planning as part of emergency protocols.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our Mental Health Counselor will work with a diverse client base, including adolescents, adults, and families grappling with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mood disorders. Qualifications\n
