Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide mental health counseling and therapy to clients, utilizing a variety of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic therapy.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments to develop individualized treatment plans and interventions tailored to client needs.

• Engage in crisis management when necessary, employing effective strategies that ensure client safety and promote stabilization.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and contribute to continuous quality improvement by tracking patient outcomes through data-driven approaches.

• Facilitate regular follow-up sessions, providing ongoing support and adjustments to treatment plans based on clients' responses and preferences.
\n
• Collaborate with case management teams as needed to coordinate comprehensive care, advocating for client needs in a multidisciplinary context.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our therapists work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health challenges, including major depressive disorder (MDD), anxiety disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), trauma, grief, and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field.

• Current licensure as a mental health professional (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) in accordance with state regulations.

• No history of medical malpractice claims, verified through third-party checks.

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation and Benefits\n
