This remote contract role focuses on recording Japanese sentences and providing required written feedback for an audio project supporting machine learning development. No previous AI experience is required.

• Record assigned Japanese sentences from a stationary car or a quiet office environment.
• Create specified background sounds, including seatbelt clicks, door openings, and car indicator signals, while keeping the vehicle stationary and maintaining safe recording conditions.
• Follow detailed linguistic and technical instructions to deliver consistent, reliable language data.
• Submit high-quality audio files and accompanying written feedback as required.
• Work remotely with project coordinators to address clarifications, updates, and feedback on deliverables.
• Handle recordings and data submissions in accordance with confidentiality and ethical-use requirements.

• Native-level Japanese proficiency, with clear enunciation and natural fluency.
• Strong written and spoken communication skills in Japanese and English at B2 level or higher.
• Ability to follow precise instructions and meet audio-quality and content specifications.
• Comfort working independently in a remote setting and managing assigned work.
• Strong attention to pronunciation, background noise, and data accuracy.
