Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual video therapy sessions with clients utilizing effective therapeutic approaches tailored to their needs.

• Encourage clients to share their thoughts and feelings, facilitating self-discovery and fostering healthier interpersonal relationships.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, based on assessments of clients' emotional and mental health status.

• Monitor progress and adjust strategies as necessary, providing ongoing support to help clients achieve their established goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation of sessions, evaluations, and treatment plans using our secure electronic health record system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with adults experiencing various mental health challenges that are classified as stable and low-acuity. These clients may face anxiety, depression, stress management issues, or life transitions and are seeking support to build resilience and improve their mental health outcomes.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• An independent license such as Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy with proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Zenith's Mental Health Solutions offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 – $130,000 based on experience and hours worked, along with a monthly healthcare stipend for full-time counselors. Additionally, we provide:
