This full-time role is designed to offer flexibility, as it operates primarily in a remote setting while serving a vibrant outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate mood disorder symptoms, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique experiences.

• Collaborate with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that are aligned with their specific goals and preferences, employing a patient-centered approach.

• Implement and monitor evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), adjusting strategies based on patient feedback and progress.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care techniques to promote active participation in the treatment process.

• Regularly track and document clients' progress, updating treatment plans to reflect changes in their mental health status and therapeutic needs.

• Engage in close collaboration with psychiatrists and medical professionals to ensure holistic care that addresses the full spectrum of each client's needs.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of research and developments in mood disorders to continuously enhance therapeutic practices.

• Document all client interactions and maintain confidential records, adhering to legal and ethical standards without exception.

• Participate in case consultations and team meetings to bolster collaborative practice and share insights on best practices in mood disorder treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with individuals dealing with mood-related challenges, providing tailored support to those experiencing depression, anxiety, and bipolar disorder. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possess a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

Compensation and Benefits\n
