Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments for clients to determine their mental health needs and craft personalized treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using tailored modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or other evidence-based practices.

• Establish and monitor therapeutic objectives, regularly evaluating client progress towards achieving their defined goals.
\n
• Provide teletherapy services to ensure access for clients facing mobility constraints or other barriers to in-person visits.
\n
• Maintain meticulous documentation of treatment sessions, client interactions, and progress notes, in adherence to ethical and legal standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, or supervision to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population spanning various age groups and backgrounds. Your clients may present with a wide range of mental health concerns, including but not limited to mood disorders, anxiety disorders, relationship issues, and trauma-related challenges. Your culturally competent approach and empathetic communication will be crucial in fostering trust and establishing rapport with each individual.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license to practice in California as either an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A minimum educational requirement of a Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental demeanor while working with clients.

• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a varied caseload efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants at various experience levels, those with prior experience in outpatient settings or private practice will find a distinct advantage. Familiarity with digital therapeutic tools and practices, as well as involvement in group therapy techniques, are also preferred.
