Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health needs and formulating personalized treatment plans.

• Utilizing the current Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM) to accurately diagnose and devise appropriate intervention strategies for each client.

• Implementing a variety of therapeutic modalities, including individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to meet diverse client requirements.

• Engaging in continuous client evaluation and follow-up to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Documenting clinical interactions and maintaining accurate records using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with best practices in confidentiality and data management.

• Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the overall treatment efficacy for individuals, families, and groups.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including adults, children, and adolescents, presenting a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to complex trauma and behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following:

• A Bachelor's Degree in a related field; a Master's Degree in mental health is strongly preferred.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

• A proven ability to engage effectively with various client demographics, ideally having experience working with the full lifespan.

• Proficiency in applying diverse counseling methodologies and familiarity with telehealth practices.

• Ability to meet established internal credentialing requirements within relevant clinical settings.

• Reside within a commutable distance to our Hollywood, FL clinic for occasional in-person engagements.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with the following attributes will be given preference:

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 91,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide:
