This role is structured around an average workweek of approximately 40 hours, allowing you to balance both your professional commitments and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive health assessments and screenings for students and families, focusing on both physical and mental health.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions, providing preventive care and health promotion tailored to the community's needs.
• Collaborate with educators and community organizations to implement targeted health education programs, fostering a culture of wellness.
• Provide culturally sensitive care that acknowledges and respects diverse backgrounds, ensuring advocacy for patients' rights and access to healthcare services.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up care, actively engaging in case management to ensure seamless continuity of care for your patients.

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this position is competitively set between $180,000 and $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
