Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, needs, and treatment goals, employing effective diagnostic skills.

• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans that align with clients' unique needs, incorporating various therapy modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients, focusing on solution-oriented approaches to foster resilience and address mental health challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Our competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 per year is commensurate with the therapist’s caseload and is structured to reward your dedication and expertise.
