Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized, couple, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based modalities tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments to evaluate client needs and create personalized treatment plans that align with therapeutic goals.

• Document therapy sessions meticulously, including progress notes, treatment planning, and discharge summaries, in compliance with company policies and state regulations.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to develop comprehensive aftercare plans that support ongoing growth and recovery post-discharge.

• Maintain open lines of communication with family members, external clinicians, and referral sources to ensure a unified approach to client care.

Qualifications\n
