Qualifications\n

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Possess a compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to client care.

• Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Experience\n

While we welcome applicants with varied backgrounds, experience in trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or family therapy is highly desirable. Comfort with digital platforms for therapy and documentation will be an asset in this remote role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Englewood Counseling Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload size. Additional benefits include:
