Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients' physical health, capabilities, and specific rehabilitation needs to inform treatment planning.
• Develop tailored treatment protocols aimed at enhancing strength, mobility, and overall functional independence, which may include therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and advanced modalities.
• Administer treatments with precision and care, continuously monitoring progress and modifying plans as needed to meet evolving patient goals.
• Document patient progress meticulously, using electronic health records to maintain accurate records and support compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other specialists to ensure comprehensive care is provided to each client.
• Educate patients and their families about home exercise regimens and techniques to maintain and improve physical health post-discharge.
• Uphold high professional standards and compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices, ensuring client safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
