Work Environment\n

This position is offered in a fully remote capacity, allowing you the flexibility to conduct sessions from a comfortable environment while still maintaining the quality of care our clients expect. As part of our collaborative treatment team, you will work alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. The role does require occasional evening and weekend availability to accommodate clients' schedules, ensuring that we can meet their needs effectively.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' mental health backgrounds, strengths, and challenges.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are in alignment with client goals and actively engage clients in their recovery process.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to create comprehensive, client-centered treatment strategies that address the unique needs of individuals.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and risk assessment when necessary, ensuring client safety and appropriate action plans are in place.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical, legal, and organizational standards.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational classes, enriching client engagement and fostering community among participants.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele who may be facing a variety of mental health challenges including mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and other psychological conditions. Our clients range from children to adults, representing various backgrounds and experiences. Your work will help individuals navigate their mental health journeys, providing them with tools and support to achieve resilience and wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Kansas.

Compensation and Benefits\n
