Corewell Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team. This position primarily involves providing essential physical therapy services within a home care setting in the picturesque town of Red Bank, New Jersey. Our facility specializes in sports medicine and orthopedic outpatient therapy, supported by a team of skilled professionals including two physical therapists and a physical therapy assistant (PTA). Work Environment

This role is unique as it is set in the home care environment, allowing therapists to engage with patients in their own familiar surroundings. The workload consists of managing a caseload of one individual per hour, giving you ample time to develop effective, personalized treatment strategies and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient's goals, requirements, and physical conditions to create a personalized treatment plan.
• Administer effective therapies and interventions aimed at restoring function and promoting movement.
• Design tailored fitness and wellness programs that cater to the individual needs of each patient, considering their personal health goals.
• Motivate and educate patients to encourage a healthy lifestyle that enhances strength, flexibility, coordination, and balance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for every patient.
• Document patient progress meticulously and communicate effectively with both patients and colleagues regarding treatment outcomes and future plans.
• Engage in regular progress evaluations, modifying treatment strategies as needed based on patient feedback and observed results.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our practice primarily serves patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and those needing rehabilitation from musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the Council on Medical Education and the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of one year of experience in outpatient orthopedic settings is preferred. Experience in home care settings will be considered an advantage as it grants insight into managing patients in diverse environments.

Compensation and Benefits
