Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, providing flexibility while maintaining a structured environment. As a telehealth provider, you will utilize advanced digital platforms to conduct therapy sessions and interact with clients, ensuring convenience and accessibility. Our work hours are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 4 PM, with some flexibility required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify the unique mental health needs of clients, employing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to implement effective interventions tailored to each client’s specific situation.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards, ensuring high-quality care and accountability.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team composed of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide holistic care and support.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement and shared learning among colleagues.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, treatment methods, and available community resources, fostering a supportive environment that encourages participation in their treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and represent a wide range of ages and experiences. As a Mental Health Therapist, you will work with individuals dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma experiences, and relationship challenges. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping clients understand their conditions and develop effective coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.
