Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to determine mental health needs and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Provide virtual counseling sessions to students, effectively leveraging our telehealth platforms to facilitate communication and therapy.

• Offer ongoing support and care for individuals diagnosed with mental health disorders and/or substance use issues, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Develop and maintain accurate and confidential client records, documenting progress and treatment outcomes diligently.

• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care for clients.

In this position, you will primarily serve a diverse population of students facing various challenges, including stress, anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and substance use disorders. You will play a crucial role in identifying early signs of mental health struggles and implementing proactive interventions tailored to individual needs, thus contributing to the overall well-being and success of your clients.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Oregon.

• A master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
