Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular therapy sessions, utilizing both individual and group therapeutic techniques to facilitate client growth.

• Refer clients to additional healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when appropriate, ensuring comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse clientele includes individuals managing mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, and eating disorders, as well as those grappling with the effects of trauma and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of four years of experience in a clinical setting, providing therapy to a diverse client base.

• Demonstrated expertise in employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities and culturally responsive practices.

• Strong skills in crisis intervention and the capacity to manage challenges with professionalism and empathy.
