This position offers a dynamic and supportive remote working environment while primarily serving clients during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, with no evenings or weekends required. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at our treatment center, you will carry out a range of substantial responsibilities designed to promote patient health and recovery, including:

• Facilitating Group Therapy Sessions: Lead engaging and supportive group sessions where clients can express their feelings and build connections with peers facing similar challenges.

• Providing Individualized Therapy: Conduct personalized therapy sessions to help clients explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and formulate actionable plans to achieve their mental health goals.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to design tailored treatment plans that reflect individual needs, aspirations, and preferences.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize various assessment tools and methodologies to track and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, consulting on complex cases, discussing care coordination, and ensuring the highest quality of treatment for our clients.

You will primarily provide services to adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are facing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, between USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
