As a valuable member of our remote team, you will utilize our advanced telehealth platform to connect with clients across different backgrounds and locations. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and psychiatric professionals, to ensure comprehensive care for our clients. Our operational hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm, with no requirement for evenings or weekends.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, establishing rapport and building positive, therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, address challenges, and provide encouragement and guidance.

• Perform thorough intake assessments to identify clients’ needs and formulate tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Implement and monitor treatment plans collaboratively with clients, adjusting as necessary to reflect their evolving goals and circumstances.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, keeping confidential records and progress notes as required by professional standards.

• Participate in regular individual supervision and team meetings to discuss client care and interdisciplinary collaboration.

• Engage in continuous learning and professional development activities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated with best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers and community resources to ensure holistic support for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with clients dealing with a wide array of mental health challenges, including but not limited to substance abuse disorders, anxiety, depression, and eating disorders. Our aim is to provide a comprehensive support system that not only addresses immediate concerns but also fosters resilience and a renewed sense of purpose in our clients' lives. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or closely related field.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) licensure in the state of Arizona.

• Minimum of one year of clinical experience in an outpatient setting after obtaining your degree.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers an attractive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
