Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services through various modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and psychodynamic approaches.

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs.

• Monitor client progress through data-driven approaches, utilizing EMR and remote communication tools to facilitate care.

• Effectively manage crises and provide immediate support when necessary, using sound clinical judgment.

• Tailor therapy approaches to fit individual patient preferences, demonstrating flexibility in your therapeutic style.

• Engage in regular supervision and collaboration with case management to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Maintain a full caseload, ensuring a busy and fulfilling work schedule that can lead to a rewarding practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of patients facing various mental health challenges, including Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Anxiety Disorders, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), trauma recovery, and grief. Your role will involve not only individual therapy but also collaborative approaches to care, supporting clients and their families in navigating these challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
