Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to thoroughly evaluate clients’ mental health needs, employing diagnostic tools and methodologies to inform treatment plans.

• Create tailored treatment plans that address the specific challenges and therapeutic goals of each client, ensuring a personalized approach to care.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions through telehealth, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Collaborate with a diverse treatment team to ensure integrated care, preparing and participating in regular clinical meetings to discuss patient progress and strategies.

• Educate and engage clients’ families, providing resources and support that empower them to participate actively in their loved one’s recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client progress, meeting regulatory standards and ethical guidelines to uphold the integrity of our practice.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or PsyD.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
