Work Environment\n

This position allows for a flexible work setting, ideally suited for professionals who prefer the convenience of remote work while still being actively involved in their community. You will primarily work from home but will occasionally visit schools to engage with clients and their families in person. Our team operates on a typical Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with the possibility of occasional evenings or weekends to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments of the psychosocial needs of seniors, taking into account their emotional, mental, and social contexts.

• Collaborate with clients and their families to create tailored care plans that align with their specific goals and considerations.

• Conduct regular follow-ups and home visits to monitor clients' well-being, assessing their living conditions, and identifying any new concerns.

• Assist in mediating family conflicts related to client care and facilitate discussions to improve family dynamics.

• Educate clients and families about community resources and support networks to foster social engagement and independence.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from USD 60,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and education.
