Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine clients’ substance use history, mental health needs, and readiness for change.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that integrate both addiction and underlying mental health issues, utilizing evidence-based methods.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to empower clients.

• Collaborate closely with a team of professionals, including medical doctors, nurses, and case managers, to deliver holistic care that encompasses all aspects of client wellbeing.

Qualifications\n
