Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments using structured tools and interviews to identify patient needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to educate clients on mental health topics and foster community support.

• Coordinate care through collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic and effective patient management.

• Provide crisis intervention services, employing de-escalation techniques and emergency strategies to support individuals in distress.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation and patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss treatment plans, share insights, and enhance professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
