Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual assessments to evaluate clients' needs and create individualized treatment plans that are reflective of their personal goals and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services, including individual, couple, and family sessions, implementing the most effective strategies tailored to each client's situation.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals such as psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, and psychiatrists to ensure comprehensive care for all clients.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Washington State, valid for practice in a virtual setting.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience working with clients in a clinical environment.

• Demonstrated experience in providing therapy services to diverse populations, including adults, children, and families.

• Comprehensive knowledge of diagnosis and treatment planning using the DSM-5.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with proven interpersonal abilities to connect with clients effectively.
