Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that blend traditional and innovative therapeutic approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitating a combination of in-person and remote counseling sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, utilizing telehealth technology to ensure accessibility.

• Employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), incorporating mindfulness strategies, and pioneering new methodologies customized to enhance client outcomes.

• Conducting thorough psychological assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, ensuring that treatment strategies are data-driven and reflective of the latest advancements in mental health care.

• Maintaining confidentiality and adhering strictly to ethical guidelines, ensuring all client interactions promote trust and integrity within the therapeutic relationship.

• Timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes, maintaining an accurate and comprehensive client record.

• Actively participating in professional development initiatives to continually enhance your therapeutic competencies and knowledge base.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work predominantly with cancer patients navigating the emotional challenges of their diagnosis, treatment regimens, recurrence, end-of-life considerations, and survivorship. Your contributions will empower patients by fostering resilience, coping strategies, and emotional support, ensuring that they and their caregivers receive the tools needed to navigate their journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• A valid mental health professional license in accordance with state regulations (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW) is essential for this position.
