Our work hours are generally from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient requirements. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate psychological well-being, utilizing standardized tools and personal interviews to formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that prioritize patient-centered approaches tailored to each patient’s specific mental health diagnoses and personal circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant therapeutic techniques.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions that aim to address emotional concerns, foster personal growth, and enhance patients' coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic treatment approach, promoting optimal patient outcomes.

• Assist in crisis intervention, providing immediate support and guidance during mental health emergencies to ensure the safety and well-being of patients.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, discussing treatment options and guiding them toward community resources for additional support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid professional license in the state of Arizona as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in mental health assessment and treatment.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
