This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. The standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as needed to accommodate patient schedules. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of children and adolescents, utilizing standardized tools and best practices.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and family therapy sessions, designed to address anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.

• Collaborate with child psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for our patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring timely support for affected children and families.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues and available community resources for ongoing support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation that adheres to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in team meetings, case discussions, and professional development initiatives to share knowledge and strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist at Cure Health Therapy Center, you will work primarily with children and adolescents experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, learning disabilities, and behavioral challenges. Engaging with this population requires a compassionate and understanding approach, emphasizing the importance of building trust with both the young clients and their families.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in the state of Washington.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic techniques, and the implementation of evidence-based practices.

• Experience providing individual and family therapy to children and adolescents in a clinical or community setting.
\n
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with children, adolescents, and their caregivers.

• Proficient use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard office software.

Compensation and Benefits\n
