Beacon Hill is partnering with an organization in Newark, NJ to bring a Finance Assistant to their team. The Finance Assistant supports the organization's finance and administrative functions through data management, reporting, and analysis. If you have 1+ year of experience, please apply!
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and support financial and data management systems, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of information
Perform regular quality assurance checks on financial and operational data and escalate discrepancies as needed
Prepare recurring reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) to support internal leadership and external stakeholders
Assist in analyzing financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to present key findings in a clear and actionable format
Support ad hoc reporting requests by gathering, organizing, and analyzing relevant data
