Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population facing a variety of challenges, including chronic pain, autoimmune disorders, and substance use disorders. Your role will be pivotal in helping these individuals understand the complex relationship between their mental health and their broader health conditions, promoting an integrated approach to wellness.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts is required.

• Demonstrated experience in addressing the mental health needs of individuals with co-occurring medical conditions.

• Proficiency in delivering integrated care, showcasing experience in collaborative work with medical professionals.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building rapport with diverse patients.

Preferred Experience\n

In addition to the required qualifications, candidates with at least two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, specifically in settings addressing integrated care, will be highly regarded. Experience with telehealth services and familiarity with treatment modalities for patients with chronic illness will be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
