This position is fully remote, allowing our therapists to maintain a work-life balance while providing care to clients across Tennessee. Our flexible work hours generally follow a Monday through Friday schedule, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to gain insights into patients' unique experiences and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions that reflect each patient’s cultural and personal backgrounds, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.

• Engage in collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated and comprehensive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention and support for clients during mental health emergencies, utilizing strong crisis management skills to de-escalate situations effectively.

• Develop and lead educational initiatives for patients and their families, guiding them on mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.
