Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a manageable caseload of clients, focusing on establishing consistent rapport and trust to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Conduct regular progress reviews with clients, discussing their stability, future appointments, and determining appropriate discharge planning when necessary.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, regularly monitoring progress toward their mental health goals.

• Document all interactions and progress notes accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies.
\n
• Execute comprehensive intake assessments to understand the client's history, needs, and treatment goals effectively.
\n
• Conduct individual therapy sessions weekly, utilizing evidence-based procedures tailored to each client’s specific circumstances.

• Participate actively in individual supervision and training sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional growth.
\n
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate care and support holistic treatment approaches for clients.

• Adopt a growth mindset, continuously seeking knowledge and improvement in clinical practices relevant to mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on youth clients dealing with various mental health challenges. You will have the opportunity to engage with adolescents and young adults, understanding their unique experiences and mental health needs. By employing evidence-based therapeutic techniques, you will work to empower these individuals, helping them navigate the complexities of their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Pennsylvania.

• Ability to comply with the internal credentialing requirements within designated clinical settings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals struggling with substance use disorders.

• Proven experience in conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing individual or group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
