Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in regular communication with healthcare providers to report on patient progress, specific needs, emerging concerns, and any potential challenges affecting treatment.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and adjust individual treatment plans based on thorough psychosocial assessments.

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention to clients, utilizing therapeutic techniques to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral issues.

• Consult effectively with families or support systems to align treatment goals and facilitate streamlined discharge planning.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

• An active state license as an LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or a comparable credential.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of therapeutic practices.
