Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' mental health status and devise tailored treatment plans using tools such as the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

• Utilize evidence-based practices and continually monitor patient progress, modifying care strategies as necessary, always with the patient's best interest in mind.

• Maintain up-to-date treatment records and all required clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory guidelines and organizational policies.

• Collaborate with patients and their families to develop comprehensive and individualized treatment goals, addressing their unique needs and preferences.

• Facilitate connections for patients to external resources and necessary referrals, ensuring a seamless continuum of care between various treatment providers.

• Supervise and provide educational mentorship to students, interns, and graduate residents, cultivating the next generation of mental health professionals.

• Engage in peer reviews or participate in auditing processes to maintain high standards of care and foster professional development.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
