This position is 100% remote, allowing for flexible scheduling while maintaining a full caseload. We utilize advanced telehealth tools to facilitate virtual counseling sessions, enabling continuous and accessible support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions and needs, ensuring comprehensive understanding of their circumstances.

• Develop and execute personalized treatment plans that incorporate a mix of evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices tailored to client needs.

• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes to uphold continuity of care.

• Offer a combination of in-person and remote counseling sessions to individuals, couples, families, or groups, catering to their specific treatment goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including medical professionals, to provide complete and coordinated care for clients.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, enhancing therapeutic skills and staying updated on the latest mental health treatment methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily involves working with cancer patients at various stages of their journey—during diagnosis, treatment, surviving the disease, and end-of-life care. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
