Work Environment\n

This is a full-time remote position, allowing you to serve clients through telehealth. We believe in flexibility and work-life balance, and while our primary schedule runs Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, some adjustment may be required based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments, assessing patients' trauma histories to inform treatment planning.

• Design and execute individualized treatment plans that prioritize trauma recovery and resilience enhancement for each patient.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in session.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions aimed at helping clients process trauma, develop healthy coping strategies, and advance their healing journey.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other mental health professionals to create a cohesive and integrated care experience for all patients.

• Offer crisis intervention services and support during trauma-related emergencies, including developing safety plans when necessary.

• Provide education to patients and their families regarding trauma responses, coping strategies, and available supportive resources.
\n
• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Contribute to case consultations and team meetings, actively engaging in professional development opportunities focused on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in trauma therapy to provide the most effective care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with adults impacted by trauma, including those presenting with PTSD, complex trauma histories, and dissociative disorders. Our clients often seek a nurturing space where they can explore their experiences and navigate their recovery journey in a supportive, non-judgmental environment.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting focused on mental health counseling, particularly related to trauma.

• Extensive knowledge of trauma-related disorders, trauma-informed treatment modalities, and techniques for building resilience.
\n
• Proficiency in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms effectively.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, approaching clients with empathy and a non-judgmental demeanor.

• Demonstrated ability to remain composed in high-pressure situations and crises.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, which includes:
