Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients' initial treatment needs and formulating diagnoses for individuals with complex or multiple conditions.

• Performing intake sessions and completing Integrated Biopsychosocial Assessments to gather comprehensive client histories.
\n
• Developing personalized treatment plans that adhere to standard practice guidelines for various mental health diagnoses.

• Providing various therapeutic interventions including cognitive behavioral therapy for individuals, families, and groups, ensuring each session is tailored to client needs.

• Responding effectively to crisis situations by assessing clients' immediate needs and arranging for appropriate services and interventions.

• Train and educate team members and community stakeholders on relevant clinical topics to promote awareness and enhance service delivery.

• Providing clinical supervision to Mental Health Workers and therapy assistants, fostering professional development within the team.
