Work Environment\n

This position offers a fully remote work environment, allowing you to balance your professional and personal commitments effectively. You will have the advantage of a flexible schedule, choosing to work from Monday to Friday, between 9 am and 5 pm, with the freedom to establish your own daily routine. The role does not require any on-call responsibilities, providing you with peace of mind as you focus on your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular one-on-one video therapy sessions with clients through secure telehealth platforms, creating a safe and supportive space for discussion.

• Encourage open dialogue, helping clients explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences to foster self-awareness and insight into their relationships.

• Act as an advocate for your clients, assisting them in identifying and clarifying personal goals to enhance their mental wellness journey.

• Utilize your clinical expertise to assess clients' mental health conditions accurately, and develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.

• Regularly monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes and overall satisfaction.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults presenting with a range of stable, low-acuity mental health issues. Our clients are often seeking support for challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. By providing these individuals with effective tools and coping mechanisms, you will play a crucial role in enhancing their overall quality of life and mental resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an independent mental health license, such as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Strong computer literacy skills, with proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.

• Experience in developing treatment plans and utilizing solution-focused practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n
