Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be entrusted with various responsibilities aimed at facilitating effective therapeutic outcomes, including:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to gain in-depth insights into clients’ histories and current challenges.

• Developing and implementing tailored treatment plans that address specific mental health needs and personal goals.

• Providing individual therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other suitable therapies.

• Setting therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and continuously monitoring their progress to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation to comply with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

The clients you will serve range from diverse backgrounds and may face various challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other behavioral health concerns. Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, ideal candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid state license as either LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, or PsyD.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
