Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist at Happy Body Therapy, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Consulting with patients to assess their physical condition and understanding their unique symptoms and functional limitations.
• Conducting thorough evaluations to diagnose movement dysfunctions, using both manual assessment and standardized diagnostic tools.
• Developing individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to maximize rehabilitation outcomes.
• Guiding patients on the proper usage of therapeutic exercises and equipment, including wheelchairs and walkers, ensuring they gain independence and improve mobility.
• Providing therapeutic massages and stimulation techniques aimed at promoting healing and alleviating pain.
• Maintaining meticulous patient records to track treatment progression and adapt plans as necessary; this documentation is crucial for patient outcomes and healthcare compliance.
• Collaborating with patients and their families to educate them on in-home treatment options and exercises that support ongoing recovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits
