Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to identify the individual needs of patients, ensuring tailored and effective treatment planning.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to support individuals, couples, and families dealing with mental health issues.

• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions, offering essential insights and creating a safe community for shared experiences.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate a holistic treatment plan that addresses the mental health needs of our clients.

• Provide crisis intervention services for patients experiencing acute mental health challenges, ensuring immediate support and stabilization.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions, available treatments, and community resources that can assist them in their recovery journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) systems efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in the state of Florida.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Demonstrated experience conducting comprehensive mental health assessments and creating effective treatment strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n
