Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will support include individuals with diverse mental health challenges, particularly those dealing with co-occurring medical conditions such as autoimmune disorders, chronic pain, and substance use disorders. Your role will be fundamental in addressing the comprehensive needs of these patients, aiding them in navigating their mental health and concurrent medical challenges effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must hold a current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• A proven track record in addressing mental health needs for individuals with co-occurring medical conditions is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
