Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth mental health assessments to accurately identify client needs and establish comprehensive, personalized treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused approaches, to deliver effective counseling to individuals, couples, and families.

• Collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure coordinated, client-centered care.

• Respond to mental health crises by providing immediate intervention and support to clients in distress.

• Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources to empower them in their journey towards recovery.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Georgia is mandatory.
