Work Environment

This position is centered around onsite patient care in a home care setting, allowing for a unique, personalized approach to therapy. You will work in patients' homes, where you will assess their living conditions, modify treatment plans to fit their environments, and ensure that therapy is effectively integrated into their daily lives. This dynamic setting promotes flexibility and a strong patient-therapist relationship.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional orthopedic physical therapy services by performing comprehensive patient assessments to understand individual health needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans tailored to each patient's medical history, goals, and individual needs, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments.
• Employ evidence-based practices and advanced methodologies, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities, to optimize patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other therapists, to provide holistic care and improve patient results.
• Conduct educational sessions for patients and their families on injury prevention, rehabilitation techniques, and self-care strategies to empower them in their recovery journey.
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient interactions, treatment plans, and outcomes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and valid state licensure/certification as a Physical Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 110,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
