Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Pike Creek Physical Therapy Service, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating patients based on physician referrals to design individualized treatment programs that align with each patient's unique needs.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic modalities, manual therapy techniques, and exercise protocols to promote healing and improve functional outcomes.
• Conducting ongoing assessments of patient progress and modifying treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal results.
• Consulting, educating, and training patients and their caregivers on rehabilitation exercises and strategies to encourage active participation in their recovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree from an APTA or CAPTE-approved physical therapy program (Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred).
• A valid state license in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
